The Tornado Observe will be in impact until 10 p.m. for Johnson, Wyandotte Leavenworth, Franklin, Linn and Miami districts on the Kansas side and Jackson, Platte, Cass, Clay, Henry, Johnson, Clinton, Nodaway, Lafayette, Beam, Pettis, Caldwell, Dekalb, and Buchanan provinces on the Missouri side.
